Delivery time

DIERbaar-sieraad articles in which hair is incorporated, have a delivery time of approximately 12 working days within the Netherlands. If a name label has been ordered, the delivery time can extend to 16 working days. This starts from the moment we have received the hair.

Letterbox post and parcel post via PostNL has a delivery time within the Netherlands of 1 to 2 working days (excluding holidays). DIERbaar-sieraad is not liable for any delays during transport.

Delivery times are different for international orders. Within the EU, delivery times are between 1 and 2 weeks. Outside the EU, the delivery time depends on the customs. Some packages are there longer than others. This can vary from 2 weeks to 5 weeks. DIERbaar - sieraad cannot change this.
With your order you will receive a Track and Trace code, so that you can always track your package.

Payment

You can pay for your order via iDEAL, Bancontant or Creditcard and there are no extra costs involved.

Pick up order

Your order can also be picked up in Tytsjerk. You can indicate this yourself in the order menu at the last step. Here, any shipping costs are deducted from the price to be paid.
